This project involved the installation of a full building envelope.
Roofing Scope
- Installation of Titanium PSU roofing membrane
- Installation of beautiful, Pebble Khaki classic rib metal roofing panels
Cladding Scope
- Installation of all windows and patio doors
- Installation of 3M flashing tape around all penetrations.
- Installation of SRP AirOutshield IT vapour barrier
- Mechanically fastened vapour barrier with an integrated self-adhering overlap strip
- Installation of adjustable 90° galvanized clips, galvanized L-girts, and Hat channels
- Installation of Rockwool insulation
- Installation of James Hardie fiber cement cladding, and Agway Metals 7/8" corrugated metal panels.

Custom metal flashing and trim fabrication on-site
Installed over synthetic underlayment with ice & water shield at eaves and valleys
Fully vented eave and ridge design for air circulation
Wind uplift resistance: CSA A123.21 compliant
