Bridge Tower - 169 Wyse Road

12-Storey residential apartment building located at 169 Wyse Road, Dartmouth

Project Overview

Bridge Tower is a multi-residential development by Zagros Nova Home Developments featuring a comprehensive exterior building-envelope package delivered by Lusso Contracting.

The project combines air and waterproofing, exterior sheathing, windows and doors, insulation, engineered substructure, architectural metal cladding, and porcelain tile into one coordinated exterior envelope.

Lusso managed the integration of the complete façade assembly with a strong focus on weather protection, thermal performance, material transitions, and architectural detailing.

Detailed installation to maintain consistent lines, spacing, and architectural alignment throughout the façade

Multi-Material Façade

The combination of Agway HF12 metal panels and Tempio architectural porcelain tile creates a distinctive contemporary façade with strong contrast in texture, profile, and material.

Careful coordination between the two cladding systems allows the different materials to read as one cohesive architectural design while maintaining the required drainage cavities and building-envelope performance behind the finished façade.

High-Performance Envelope

The integration of 3M air and waterproofing membrane, exterior sheathing, windows and doors, insulation, engineered substructure, metal cladding, and porcelain tile creates a complete exterior envelope designed for long-term durability, thermal efficiency, and weather protection.

Bridge Tower showcases Lusso Contracting’s ability to execute complex multi-material building envelopes while coordinating every layer from the exterior sheathing and waterproofing through to the final architectural façade.
