132 Wentworth Road is a development by FH Development Group featuring a comprehensive exterior building-envelope package delivered by Lusso Contracting.

The project combines waterproofing, architectural metal roofing, premium cladding systems, soffits, and detailed balcony features into one coordinated exterior assembly.

Lusso completed the building-envelope and cladding scope with particular attention to material transitions, colour coordination, architectural detailing, and long-term weather protection.

Special attention was given to the building’s inset balcony areas, where contrasting materials, colours, profiles, and soffit finishes were carefully integrated to create depth and architectural character.

These areas required precise coordination between cladding, soffits, waterproofing, flashings, and adjacent building components to achieve a clean and cohesive finished appearance.
